As a personal trainer my life revolves around making other people healthy and happy. I have a chance to actually save lives and give everyday people hope and inspiration to be healthy, strong and confident.
When it comes to weight loss it goes well beyond fitting into tight jeans and great bikini, donīt get me wrong, goals are great, but when it comes down to reality, it is about being healthy on the inside so you feel good on the outside.
"Physequal" stands for my commitment to excellence in personal training and lifestyle coaching. It refers to my philosophy of smarter, better educated and more holistic approach to exercise and nutrition, mental and spiritual state and various other lifestyle factors such as stress levels, sleep patterns, and more. The focus of the holistic approach is on the wellbeing of the whole system, in our case the human body, rather than any one singular aspect and is designed to heal the body from the inside out! In the end of the day it is about feeling good about yourself and making the best of your life. I truly believe in the strength inside every one of us to live healthier lives.
Whether the goal is to reduce body fat, gain muscle mass, strengthen the immune system or deal with other issues like chronic disease or weakness I seek to strengthen and improve the body as a whole. A holistic approach incorporates all of these factors together into developing a client-specific program that is designed to address the needs of that person's body. This also means that no two holistic programs are ever the same!
I believe that losing weight is just one component of a longer term lifestyle change. By promoting healthy living and providing the right information, tools, motivation and most importantly experience, I will help you make the decisions that are right for you about fitness, exercise, health, stress management and foods.
One of the most important factors for success when changing your lifestyle, be it nutrition, training, any other aspect or a combination of several things is support. Support, or lack thereof, can make or break the success of any lifestyle change. Holistic Lifestyle Coaching provides not only the guidance, but also the support necessary to succeed. At every step of the way support, encouragement as well as more information, guidance, advice, and the occasional motivational boost are there for you.

Through holistic lifestyle coaching it is possible to improve your appearance, physical ability and conditioning, reduce stress levels, change your body, get rid of bad habits and incorporate healthy living habits into your lifestyle. The program is highly personalized to each individual. It is designed to work with your personality, physiological imbalances and whatever roadblocks you may need to overcome to achieve a healthier lifestyle and a healthier life. This program is very highly recommended to all people who have struggled with bodyweight, get sick often, or seek to improve their fitness and health in general.
In-house Personal Training:
Escape the gym and train in the comfort of your own home. In-house training is available either one-on-one or to small groups, such as family members or friends.

Nutrition:
Is one of the most important aspects of a healthy (or unhealthy, as the case may be) lifestyle. A healthy & varied diet can help to maintain a healthy body weight, enhance general wellbeing & reduce the risk of a number of diseases including heart disease, stroke, cancer, diabetes & osteoporosis. I provide nutritional advice which will be tailored to your needs, whether you want to lose weight or are training for a specific event.
